GBC are entering the highly competitive takeaway sector and chose JKO based on our track record working for challenger brands against the Goliath’s of the sector.
The first campaign was to identify the brand and creative strategy to take forward and saw us split London in to 2 control cells to understand the relartive uplift on physical sales driven by each creative route.
The second campaign witnessed the roll out of the winning creative route across London
And we did it properly:
We didn’t pay premiums for proximity targeting around specific restaurants
We didn’t pay premiums for digital outdoor that significantly depletes reach and frequency
We didn’t invest in huge outdoor sites that kill your reach and frequency.
We looked at the penetration of individual sites, identified restaurant ‘hot-cells’ where we could run effective regional campaigns and ran formats that effectively delivered our core audience.
We maximised reach at effective frequency.
